The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and show no signs of damage.

We’ll reply with the instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the item, you can choose between:
Receiving store credit for a future purchase.
A refund (issued using the original payment method).
If the item arrived defective or if there was a mistake with your order, Freckle will cover all shipping costs.
For exchanges based on preference (e.g., different color or model), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
